A GRG Giveback Shop is a branded online store for your club, where members, parents and supporters buy merchandise whenever they like, and your club earns money back on every order. GRG offers two giveback plans, Family 15 and Family 5, so clubs can choose between a higher reward with a signed partnership or a simple, no-commitment cashback option.

Your club shares the shop link via socials, email and WhatsApp during each quarterly opening, four times a year. However, when the link is closed, we keep the access open to the jerseys and shorts so that players can purchase them all year round.

GRG manages designs, production, delivery and sizing support for every order, all made to order for your club.

Family 15

Most Reward

Signed club partnership with higher reward potential.

15% rebate: Your club receives a 15% rebate spendable on any future order.
Quarterly link openings: Your shop link opens four times a year, giving members regular, predictable windows to order. However, when the link is closed, we keep the access open to the jerseys and shorts so that players can purchase them all year round.
Rebate spendable on any future order: If you choose the rebate option, it can be put toward any future GRG order, not just merchandise.
Club-approved designs, delivery and fitting support: Every design is approved by your club before it goes live, with delivery and GRG's fitting service included.

Family 5

Simple & Flexible

No sign-up, a simple quarterly cashback option.

5% cashback on every Club Link order: Your club earns a straightforward 5% cashback on orders placed through the shop.
Club-approved designs, delivery and sizing support: The same design approval and delivery support as Family 15, plus sizing support for members.
Ideal way to try before committing to Family 15: A natural first step for clubs who want to test a giveback shop before signing a two-year Family 15 agreement.

Terms that apply to both plans

Four quarterly link openings a year on both plans.
Your club promotes the shop via socials, email and WhatsApp during each opening.
All merchandise is made to order. There are no returns or exchanges except for faulty items, which are replaced under GRG's Terms and Conditions and Refunds and Returns policy.

What is the difference between Family 15 and Family 5?

Family 15 is a two-year signed club partnership earning a 15% rebate, plus 5% back on team orders outside the shop link. Family 5 has no contract and earns a flat 5% cashback on every order, paid as one sponsorship payment at year end.

How often does our club's Giveback Shop open for orders?

Both plans open four times a year. Your club promotes each opening to members via socials, email and WhatsApp.

Can our club switch from Family 5 to Family 15 later?

Yes. Family 5 has no contract, so it is a natural way to try a Giveback Shop before committing to a two-year Family 15 partnership.

Can we return or exchange Giveback Shop merchandise?

All merchandise is made to order, so it cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Faulty items are replaced under GRG's Terms and Conditions and Refunds and Returns policy.

Is Family 15 the same as GRG's FAM15 programme?

Yes. Family 15 is GRG's FAM15 club partnership programme, now presented alongside the new Family 5 option on this page.
