Intro

This teamwear size guide covers every garment GRG Sports makes, with chest, waist and length measurements in centimetres for each size. All measurements have a tolerance of plus or minus 1cm. Waist measurements on shorts, skinnies and other lower body garments are taken on relaxed elastic, so they stretch to fit and can be tightened with the drawstring. If your club wants certainty before a big order, our free club fitting service brings sample sizes to you.

How to Measure

Chest: measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping the tape level under the arms. Waist: measure around the natural waistline without pulling the tape tight. Length: measure from the highest point of the shoulder to where you want the garment to finish. Compare your measurements to the charts below and size up if you are between sizes or prefer a looser fit.

Fit Notes

All measurements carry a tolerance of plus or minus 1cm. Waist measurements for lower body garments are taken on relaxed elastic at the waist of the garment; the elastic stretches with the wearer and can be tightened using the drawstrings.

What if a player is between sizes?

Size up. GRG gear is cut for playing and training comfort, and elastic waists with drawstrings mean bottoms adjust easily. For jerseys and tops, the larger size gives room to layer in winter.

Can we order mixed sizes in one club order?

Yes. Every club order can mix any sizes across the range, and mixed sizes all count toward the minimum order of 10 pieces.

How accurate are the measurements?

All measurements in this guide have a tolerance of plus or minus 1cm. Waist measurements are taken on relaxed elastic, so the fit adjusts with the wearer.

What if we are still not sure about sizes?

Use the GRG fitting service. We bring sample size sets to your club where practical, or post a sample pack so players try before you order. It is the surest way to get a full squad sized right first time.
