Website Content, Pricing and Accuracy

We make every effort to display product colours and images accurately, but your monitor's display may not exactly match the product you receive, and colours can vary depending on garment material. The site may also contain historical information that is provided for reference only and is not necessarily current.

Prices for our products can change at any time without notice, and we may modify or discontinue any part of the service without notice. Occasionally the site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to descriptions, pricing or availability; we reserve the right to correct these and to update, change or cancel an order affected by such an error, including after you have submitted it.

Placing an Order

We reserve the right to refuse service, or to limit or cancel quantities purchased, at our discretion, including where an order appears to be placed by a dealer, reseller or distributor, or where the same account, card or address is used to place unusually large or repeated orders. If we change or cancel an order, we will try to contact you using the details provided when the order was placed.

We also reserve the right to limit sales of any product or service to any person, region or jurisdiction, and any offer made on this site is void where prohibited by law.

Personalised Orders and Fitting Days

Personalised teamwear, meaning any garment with a crest, logo, sponsor or initials added, is made specifically for your order. Our full position on returns and exchanges for personalised and faulty items is set out on the Refunds and Returns page.

Where GRG runs a fitting day for your club or school, garments must be tried on for sizing before you place an order. GRG Sports cannot be held responsible for replacing a garment purchased at a fitting day that was not tried on beforehand. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Your Comments and Conduct on This Site

If you send us feedback, ideas or other comments, whether requested or not, you agree that we may use, edit and publish them without payment or obligation to keep them confidential. You must not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe anyone's rights, to upload harmful code, to harass or discriminate against others, to submit false information, or to interfere with the security of the site. We may remove content or restrict access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

Liability and Warranty
