The minimum order at GRG Sports is 10 pieces. That makes custom kits practical for small clubs, school classes and business teams, not just full squads. Mixed sizes count towards the same minimum.Q2. Is kit design really free?
Yes. Our in-house designers create mockups in your colours with your crest and sponsor at no charge, and revisions are free until your club is happy. You only pay when you approve the design and place your order.Q3. How long does a custom teamwear order take?
Timelines depend on order size and time of year. You receive a confirmed delivery date with your quote, and your GRG contact keeps you updated from design approval through production to delivery.Q4. Who does GRG Sports supply?
GRG supplies GAA, LGFA, camogie, soccer, basketball and athletics clubs, primary and secondary schools, colleges, charities and businesses across Ireland. More than 100 teams wear GRG gear, and over 75 run their own GRG club shop.Q5. Where is GRG Sports based?
GRG Sports is based in Ballaghaderreen, West of Ireland, and delivers nationwide. Our fitting service visits clubs with sample sizes so every player gets the right fit before ordering.Q6. Can our club set up its own online shop?

Giveback Shop5 FAQs
Q1. What is the difference between Family 15 and Family 5?
Family 15 is a two-year signed club partnership earning a 15% rebate, plus 5% back on team orders outside the shop link. Family 5 has no contract and earns a flat 5% cashback on every order, paid as one sponsorship payment at year end.Q2. How often does our club's Giveback Shop open for orders?
Both plans open four times a year. Your club promotes each opening to members via socials, email and WhatsApp.Q3. Can our club switch from Family 5 to Family 15 later?
Yes. Family 5 has no contract, so it is a natural way to try a Giveback Shop before committing to a two-year Family 15 partnership.Q4. Can we return or exchange Giveback Shop merchandise?
All merchandise is made to order, so it cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Faulty items are replaced under GRG's Terms and Conditions and Refunds and Returns policy.Q5. Is Family 15 the same as GRG's FAM15 programme?

Q1. What if a player is between sizes?
Size up. GRG gear is cut for playing and training comfort, and elastic waists with drawstrings mean bottoms adjust easily. For jerseys and tops, the larger size gives room to layer in winter.Q2. Can we order mixed sizes in one club order?
Yes. Every club order can mix any sizes across the range, and mixed sizes all count toward the minimum order of 10 pieces.Q3. How accurate are the measurements?
All measurements in this guide have a tolerance of plus or minus 1cm. Waist measurements are taken on relaxed elastic, so the fit adjusts with the wearer.Q4. What if we are still not sure about sizes?
Use the GRG fitting service. We bring sample size sets to your club where practical, or post a sample pack so players try before you order. It is the surest way to get a full squad sized right first time.

Q1. How much does the fitting service cost?
Contact GRG with your club details for fitting arrangements. Tell us your location and squad size and we will confirm the best option for your club and any costs before anything is booked.Q2. What areas do you cover for club visits?
GRG is based in Ballaghaderreen, County Roscommon. In-person fittings are offered where practical, and posted sample packs cover every county in Ireland, so no club is outside the service.Q3. How long does a club fitting take?
Most squads are fitted in a single session at training. Sizes are recorded as players try on samples, so the full club order can be placed immediately afterwards through your GRG Link.

Q1. Can I return personalised GRG Sports teamwear?
Personalised teamwear, meaning any garment with a crest, logo, sponsor or initials, cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is faulty. Full detail is on the Refunds and Returns page.Q2. What happens if I do not try on my kit at a GRG fitting day?
If garments are not tried on for size at a fitting day before ordering, GRG Sports cannot be held responsible for replacing that garment for size. This does not affect your statutory rights.Q3. Can GRG Sports change its prices or terms?

Delivery takes 5 to 6 weeks from the date of order and payment, since every garment is made to order rather than shipped from stock.Q2. Is there a delivery charge on GRG Sports orders?
Depending on order size, a delivery cost may apply. If it does, you will be told before your order is confirmed.Q3. Will I have to pay customs charges on my order?
Orders shipped outside the EU, including the UK, may attract customs charges, which are the customer's responsibility to pay on receipt.Q4. Can I track my GRG Sports delivery?

Q1. Can I return personalised teamwear if I simply change my mind?
No. Personalised teamwear, meaning any garment with a crest, logo or initials added, is exempt from the Consumer Contracts Regulations and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless it is faulty.Q2. How long do I have to report a faulty GRG Sports item?
You have up to 14 days from receipt of your garments to submit a refund request for a faulty item, and GRG will repair or replace it within 60 days of receipt.Q3. Are customs charges refunded if I return an item?
No. Customs charges incurred by the customer are not refundable on any return.Q4. What if I ordered at a fitting day and the size is wrong?
If the garment was tried on for size at the fitting day before ordering, contact GRG Sports directly. If it was not tried on beforehand, GRG cannot be held responsible for replacing it for size, though this does not affect your statutory rights.
